Insight was launched more than two years ago with the mission of helping students uncover knowledge that lasts. What started as a single relationship has evolved into an educational community that allows students to not only learn, but also enjoy knowledge to the fullest. Today, we have had the opportunity to change the lives of over 50 clients and provide you with 18,000+ hours of private instruction in nearly every subject.
Since so many of you rely on Insight to cultivate an authentic learning environment, it’s important that we are not just a great service, but also continue to meet our client’s needs over the long haul. In order to create an even stronger educational community for the future, we are simplifying our payment processing policy.
Starting December 1, 2020, any new plan memberships will be able to select and purchase their monthly package plan directly from our website. Regular clients can opt to make their plan recurring until canceled. Your Insight Account information can be found after logging in.
This change will allow us to keep pace with the growing demand for high-quality personalized education. And, as always, we uphold our commitment to keep client information confidential unless prior request. We understand this is a big shift and may come as a surprise, so we want to let you know how we are working to improve.
Existing plan members and single session users benefit from this change
Any clients before December 1, 2020 will not be affected by this change during the payment process. This means that committed clients before December 1, 2020 will still be invoiced for their service on November 23rd. You can verify your payment at any time by request or in our mobile app by going to the member login.
There’s no action you need to take today
This change has already taken effect, so you don’t need to do anything right now. The next time that you want to book a session, just head to our ‘Book A Tutor’ page or our ‘Plans & Pricing' page and select your spot. As your booking request is confirmed, we will notify you by email. You can also add text reminders 24 hours before a session.
Understand and manage your usage
To understand how often our services are used, you can see a personalized outline for how much of your package is being used. This outline takes into account the dates, session length and frequency of payments on your account.
And in December 2020, you’ll be able to access a new free tool in the booking feature to easily get reminders 24 hours before your session. This tool will help you keep track of all of your sessions while also reminding you of your next session to plan your schedule.
If you decide you want more access and flexibility, you can always expand to our monthly package plans. Plans start at $240 per month in the U.S. for 240 minutes of private instruction, a baseline personalized progress report, free 60-minutes of study skills sessions, and 10 'Ask Me Anything' questions off-hours.
