Our Story
How we discovered what students really need
What actually makes the difference
We've spent years working with students navigating learning differences, preparing for college, managing demanding course loads, building executive function skills—students across the full spectrum. And here's what we learned:
Students don't struggle because they lack ability. They struggle when the academic support they're getting doesn't match how their brain actually works.

When they feel understood, supported, and connected to their own growth, everything changes.
The anxious student who felt unseen in traditional tutoring? They light up when paired with someone who actually gets them. The high-achiever doing "well" but feeling empty? They rediscover their passion for learning when someone helps them engage with why it matters, not just what's on the test.
That's when we realized: holistic, human-centered academic partnership isn't just more fulfilling - it's more effective.

And that's what we built our partnerships to deliver.

Personalized support
that honors how each student actually learns & grows
Consistent advocacy
building executive function coaching & wellness skills into every relationship
Strategic relationships
so students connect with someone who genuinely gets them

How we got here
Our founder, Risachi, grew up in a Nigerian household in North Carolina where education wasn't just important - it was everything. While earning her degree in molecular biology at UCLA, she spent years working with students across socioeconomic backgrounds - from affluent families in Beverly Hills to underrepresented students navigating systems that weren't built for them. And she kept noticing the same gap: traditional tutoring sometimes helped students understand material, but it didn't teach them how to actually execute, advocate for themselves, or build sustainable systems. Students would improve temporarily, then fall back into old patterns. Parents felt stuck coordinating multiple people and still carrying the academic stress alone. That's when she realized the model itself needed to change - students didn't need more tutoring hours, they needed true partnership. So she built Insight Agency around that principle: a team trained to see the whole student, build real systems for how their brain works, and show up consistently - not just for a session, but as someone genuinely in your family's corner.
