About the event

Insight presents the 2022 Project Power Up Summer Camp for students in 2nd grade through 4th grade. Your child will create his or her own Avatar while utilizing their creative instincts and ideas.  We will use fun games and creative outlets for play including teamwork and collaboration.

Safety is our top priority as we navigate this new landscape of holding an in-person summer camp while our community continues to heal and adapt in light of COVID 19. We will be following Federal Public Health guidelines and safety protocols. This in-person camp experience will be adjusted to provide ample protection for students.

Summer Camp 2022 Session 1: June 14 – 16 In-person 9am – 2pm

Session 2: July 26 – 28 In-person 9am – 2pm

Session 3: August 2 – 4 In-person

9am – 2pm

Important Dates & Deadlines:

May 11: Camp details and applications will be available at www.uncoverinsight.co

2 Weeks to 48 Hours Before: Camper enrollment notifications will be sent and lunch offerings will be confirmed. Many more details and forms will be shared in the coming weeks, including extensive information on safety measures. In the meantime, here are some basics to know about in-person camp: Capacity will be limited for campers and instructors.

Campers will work in small groups and have guidance throughout activities. Masks will be recommended and physical distancing enforced as much as possible. Many activities will take place outside. There will be a final avatar battle on the last day. Family and guests are permitted to come and watch the festivities. Our staff will be checked for COVID prior to the camp along with daily temperature checks.

As we all know from this past year, things may change. We’ll be keeping a close eye on Federal Public Health guidelines and protocols. All of our activities integrate elementary math, English, and science topics with a focus on Montessori practices. We’re excited to bring the popular Project Power Up experience to the RDU. Thank you for your patience as we’ve been reimagining what camp can look like this summer! We are excited to see you this summer!

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Shannon, RDU Mom

We had the best experience!! I loved the model that was used for my son, it really worked for him. He was always very excited for tutoring on Saturdays! The communication was always fantastic and everyone was very professional. I am very thankful for Ms. Sachi and Parker!!! We highly recommend them for anyone needing any tutoring!!

Jesse, Los Angeles Dad

My boys are the typical middle school students - they are free-spirited, funny, bright kids who struggle to focus in class. The large class sizes are especially hard on my oldest son. Insight really gave them the guidance and confidence they needed to show real progress in school!

Kayla, High School Student

I love basketball. I play for my school's Varsity team and we are some of the best in the area. But, I had a hard time balancing sports and school. I want to go to college on a basketball scholarship so I know grades are important. Since working with Insight, my grades in all classes have gone up by at least one grade level.
