The Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FASFA, is a form 'completed by current and prospective college students in the United States to determine their eligibility for student financial aid.' Determine who will be filling out your application. There are two options: 'I am the student' or 'I am the parent..' Select either one based on what is appropriate to your situation.
